Where things stood
Feel the Frame, an Ottawa-based commercial video production studio, was stuck with a website built by an online freelancer on a restrictive website builder platform. The business owner, Hammam Alashi, felt severely limited in executing his creative vision — the template-based site could not showcase his portfolio the way he needed, lacked the flexibility for custom layouts, and did not reflect the quality of work the studio delivered to clients. The gap between the caliber of his production work and his online presence was costing him opportunities.
How we built it
Scope locked, build shipped, result proven.
AI Buddy took over the project and rebuilt the entire digital presence from the ground up. We moved away from the restrictive website builder to a proper custom-built solution that gave the owner full control over layout, design, and content presentation. The new site was designed to showcase video production work with high-impact visuals, proper portfolio organization, and a professional brand identity that matched the quality of the studio's output. The rebuild focused on giving the business owner confidence that his online presence accurately represented his capabilities.
What it delivered
The business owner felt confident in executing his creative vision for the first time. The professional digital presence directly contributed to closing multiple new clients who discovered the studio online. Feel the Frame now has a platform that grows with the business rather than constraining it.
